At TS Coccoon, we like clear answers. Here are the questions we're asked most often — and if yours isn't here, write to us: we reply within 24 to 48 business hours.

🚚 What are the delivery times?

For mainland France, allow 7 to 12 business days. Why? In full transparency: our products ship directly from our partner suppliers' workshops, which lets us offer quality games at a fair price, with no middleman warehouse. International delivery may vary slightly by destination.

📦 How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you receive an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to follow the parcel step by step. No e-mail within 3 business days? Check your spam folder, then write to us with your order number.

💶 How much is shipping?

Free from €30. Below that, the exact cost is shown in your cart before any payment — never a last-step surprise.

↩️ Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes: you have 14 days after delivery to let us know, with the item in its original condition and packaging. The full procedure is in our return policy.

🧸 Are your toys safe?

It's our first selection criterion. We choose wooden games with smooth finishes and water-based paints, we require compliance documentation from our suppliers, and every product page states the recommended age and applicable warnings (especially small parts for children under 3). One piece of advice that applies to all toys: respect the stated age, and favour supervised play for the youngest.

We wrote a full guide for that: Montessori games by age, from 0 to 6. And if you're hesitating between two products, write to us — we'll answer honestly, even if the answer is "neither, for now".

✏️ Can I change or cancel my order?

Write to us as soon as possible at contact@tscoccoon.com with your order number: as long as the parcel hasn't shipped, we'll sort it out. Once shipped, the 14-day return takes over.

🔒 Is my payment information secure?

Yes. The site runs entirely over HTTPS (SSL encryption) and payments are processed by Shopify's secure platforms — we never have access to your banking details.
